Client Testimonials
Sis Nabila has been a wonderful consultant. She addressed all my worries and helped me with everything from ensuring baby was latching correctly, the correct flange size i should be using, all about pumping when i get back to work, and even baby wearing. The care plan after home visit was also very useful with all the relevant videos to watch. I appreciate all the advice and assurance given as a first time mother, breastfeeding is not easy. Besides that, she also checked on me and baby for a follow up giving me the support that I need. Thank you for being an amazing LC Sis Nabila 💗

Nabila is very resourceful and shared various strategies to help baby to latch more effectively. She follows your pace and makes you feel comfortable trying different feeding positions while at the same time ensuring both mother and baby’s needs are met. The care plan that she curated was very helpful and it became the thing my household will refer to time and again. It also made sharing information to other family members more easily.

Turned to her for help at the start of my breastfeeding journey as a FTM. Kak Nabila was very professional and listens first to what I'm ok with and not ok with and gave useful tips and shared hands-on practice customised for me and baby!

Honestly, this lactation consult really exceeded my expectations. I loved how wholesome it was and how it didn’t just focus on latching or bottle feeding. In my previous consult with a lactation expert for my first child, the focus was mainly on breast massage and latching, and not much beyond that.
This experience felt very different. With Kak Nabilah, I truly felt heard. She took the time to listen to my story from the beginning and understand my journey since birth, so she could better appreciate the concerns I had. She helped me realise how important recovery is in building breast milk supply. She didn’t just look at the baby, or only at me, but considered both mother and child, and analysed the situation holistically.
Her advice was truly practical. Nothing complicated, nothing we had to buy, and nothing difficult to implement. With just some of her initial suggestions, like unswaddling the baby and keeping the baby upright for half an hour, we saw so much improvement in our baby’s comfort and my milk supply the very next day.
Slowly, we will work on implementing the rest of the care plan. The care plan itself was also very helpful. It didn’t just tell us what to do, but explained the why and the how behind each suggestion. Conversations can be overwhelming and hard to remember, so having everything written clearly, with even more recommendations included, made a big difference. I really loved the care plan given (which surprised me that it was a presentation slides).
The videos and images were really helpful! Kak Nabila was also very respectful of our space at home and made sure everyone was comfortable. She was kind and warm to my first daughter, who was very excited to see her and talk to her, and she included her naturally in the interaction.
Being a mother herself, she created a safe space for me to be the “blur” mum that I am, to be honest about my struggles, mistakes, and situation, without feeling judged.
Thank you so much, Kak Nabilah. I truly pray that many other mothers will be able to benefit from your consults, just as I have.

Alhamdulillah, the cause of my fever was immediately identified over WhatsApp, and I received clear guidance on how to bring down the fever and inflammation.
Sis Nabila patiently listened to my breastfeeding struggles and understood my pain points with so much care and gentleness.
During the home visit, she taught me a few latching methods and guided me on how to properly latch my baby, something I’ve been struggling with since the beginning. She also provided a detailed care plan afterwards.
Alhamdulillah, now I know how to manage engorgement, and I’ve learned the proper hand-expressing technique and what to do whenever it happens again. I finally feel more confident in my breastfeeding journey.
